Rent conditions


These Booking Conditions together with the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy regulate the provision of the services offered by Finques Port Calella (hereinafter, “Finques Port Calella” or “the Agency”) and its Clients through the website www (hereinafter, the "Website").

These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contract Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws and Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade.

The validation of the reservation by the Client expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these Reservation Conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the Web constitutes proof of the set of transactions carried out between Finques Port Calella and its Clients.


Through the Web, Finques Port Calella makes available to its Clients the possibility of reserving real estate for tourist rental and holiday accommodation.
The scope and characteristics of the contracted services are those set out in these Booking Conditions, on the Website and in the reservation and payment confirmation emails sent by Finques Port Calella to Clients.


To make a reservation it is necessary to connect to the Web and choose one of the apartments offered. After selecting the property of interest, the Client must fill in the electronic form with their contact

information and e-mail address. The form fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, the others are optional.

At the end of the form, the Client will have access to a summary of the reservation with the reference and the total price. If the Client is satisfied with the information provided, she must press the "Make payment" button.

Next, we will ask the Client to select the payment method: credit or debit card. The Client will be redirected to a secure external payment gateway (SSL Secure Code).
Once the payment is confirmed, the Client will receive an email with the confirmation of receipt of the payment and will be able to view and print a document justifying the reservation made.

During the registration procedure, the Client will have the possibility to correct errors in the introduction of their data. To correct errors after sending the form, the Client should contact Finques Port Calella by email

Throughout the reservation process, the Client is guaranteed the security of the information and personal data, since the Website is protected by the https: // protocol.


The prices, taxes and applicable fees will be those established on the Website. All prices published on our website are with Spanish VAT included. When the payment of other taxes or exceptional payments must be made, the Client will be informed of this before making the reservation payment.

The rental price does not include, in any case, the tourist tax. This tax applies to all reservations and is charged € 0.90 per person and night (up to a maximum of 7 nights) applicable only to adults and children over 16 years of age. The amount of the tourist tax must be paid by the Client on the day of arrival. (From June 2021 it will be 1- € per person and night).


The amount of the deposit will be indicated at the time of booking. However, this amount is not charged. The Client will only have to deliver their credit or debit card number to Finques Port Calella on the day of entry to the accommodation. The document with the data of said card will be kept at the Finques Port Calella offices and will be

used only as a guarantee that the reserved property will be left in the same state in which it was delivered to the Client on the day of arrival.

Once the keys are returned to Finques Port Calella, our agents will review the state of the property and, if everything is correct, the document with the card details will be destroyed.
If, on the other hand, the property is not in the same conditions in which it was delivered to the Client, Finques Port Calella will contact the Client and charge the amount of the deposit to the card, thus proceeding to charge the indicated amount.


ENTRY: The key collection schedule at the Finques Port Calella offices is from Tuesday to Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on Sundays and holidays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. DEPARTURE: The apartments must be vacated and the keys will be returned to the Finques Port Calella offices at 10:00 am on the day of departure. On Sundays and holidays the departure will be at 11:00 in the morning.
On Sundays, Mondays and holidays outside of high season, contact the Agency to specify your arrival.

Attention: These hours always depend on the occupation of each apartment and the season in question. For any questions, the Client should contact Finques Port Calella.


The Client must communicate well in advance if she has to arrive later than the office closing time, in order to be able to indicate the procedure to follow to collect her keys. The Agency is not responsible for any incident when the arrival has not been communicated after the closing time.

Finques Port Calella does not undertake to keep the reservation if the accommodation is not occupied within 48 hours of the estimated time of arrival, except by email or phone call justifying the delay. The reduction of the stay will not give rise to any refund for the lost rental.

Attention: Finques Port Calella has a telematic customer service available until midnight. To access it, the user must call +34.972.61.54.54 and mark one of the options indicated by the teleoperator.


Clients must take into account the following rules of coexistence: a) Comply with the conditions agreed in these Booking Conditions.

b) Pay the price of tourist services in the place, in the manner and time agreed.

c) Respect the regulations of use or internal regime, as long as they are not contrary to what is established in the applicable Law and the provisions that develop it, as well as the general rules of coexistence and hygiene.

d) Respect the establishments, facilities, goods and services made available to them.
e) Respect the environmental, cultural or other values of the tourist resources that they use or visit.

f) Do not exceed the capacity of the accommodation g) Do not bring unauthorized pets

h) Do not cause excessive and / or repetitive noises that cause inconvenience to neighbors

i) The apartments are always rented to people over 25 years of age, so without prior notice and subsequent acceptance by the Finques Port Calella agency, children under 25 years of age cannot be accommodated in any of the properties offered on the web. ( In the event that this condition is not met, Finques Port Calella reserves the option to terminate the rental contract.

The Client must prove their identity at the time of entry by displaying a document that sufficiently proves their identity. This document will be returned immediately to the Client. The establishment must carry the register of hosted Clients and according to the applicable citizen

security regulations, you must send this information to the General Directorate of Police.
In the event that the Client or any of the occupants of the reserved property do not comply with the aforementioned conditions, Finques Port Calella will notify them of their obligation to immediately leave the property without the right to reimbursement of the amount paid in the reservation.

In addition, Clients and occupants must take into account the following guidelines:


The accommodation of a greater number of people than the number agreed with the Agency is prohibited in the apartment. In case of exceeding the allowed occupancy, Finques Port Calella reserves the right to cancel the rental.


Check the equipment of the apartment you have rented with the description that was sent to you at the time, but as basic equipment, all apartments have at least a TV, oven, refrigerator and washing machine. In the apartments coffee maker, but there are no small appliances (such as hair dryer, toaster, mixer, etc.). For more information, see the property file on our website.


The washing machine is communal and self-service and works with tokens that are bought in our office (€ 4.- per token). In the apartments and studios there is neither a microwave nor a clothes iron.


Check the characteristics of your apartment on our website to see if the final cleaning and bed linen are included.
The change of bed linen will be made at the request of the client and this has a cost of € 5 / person.


The costs of electricity, water and gas are included in the rental price. Regarding the change of gas bottles, the tenant is in charge of the change. The Agency provides the bottles and the change does not involve any additional cost.


Finques Port Calella offers you the possibility of renting accessories such as:

• - Towel Set (Large + Small) - € 6- €. • - beach towel 3.- €
• - supplement of sheets for 5.- €
• - cot 40.- €

• - child seat for 25.- €

Prices are for the entire stay. Please reserve in advance of your arrival.


Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized by the Agency. When the entry of animals has been authorized, the tenant is responsible for damage and avoiding inconvenience to the neighbors. Pets are subject to a supplement of € 60.- per animal and per stay. If the Agency detects the presence of a pet in one of its apartments, without having been notified in advance, the Agency reserves the right to charge € 100 as a penalty for said incident.


Only for residences with communal pool and houses with private pool. The pool is open to the public from June 15 to September 30, although these dates may vary due to weather factors.

Finques Port Calella, is not responsible for possible restrictions due to breakdown. Customers are solely responsible for their safety when using the pools.

According to municipal regulations, dogs are not allowed on the beaches. The Agency is not responsible if, for different reasons, the competent authorities temporarily limit access to the beaches. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finques Port Calella is not responsible for:
• - Theft, loss or damage that clients may suffer during their stay in any of our apartments.
• - Objects, clothes, etc., forgotten by the tenant in one of our apartments.
• - Damage to the farm as a consequence of a natural disaster.
• - Noise caused by works in nearby premises or homes.
• - Cuts in the supply of water, electricity or gas by the supply company.
• - Delay in the repairs of electrical appliances by the services
official technicians of the brands.
• - Internet service drop (if this service is available)


Finques Port Calella can organize taxi pick-up services from Gerona or Barcelona airports, as well as car rental during your stay. Check prices and conditions requesting more information by sending an email.


The Client has the right to cancel her reservation. The cancellation conditions will always apply to the total rental price.

The cancellation made by the user depending on the advance has the following penalties:

• - In cases of cancellation 30 days or more in advance, 5% with a minimum of € 50.
• - In cases of cancellation between 30 and 15 days in advance, 20% with a minimum of € 50.

• - In cases of cancellation between 15 and 8 days in advance, 40% with a minimum of € 50
• In cases of cancellation 8 days or less in advance, 100%.

These penalties are not applicable when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly accredited.
To proceed with the cancellation of the reservation, the Client must send Finques Port Calella her decision to cancel the reservation by email to

Finques Port Calella will have a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the withdrawal to return all the amounts received to the user.


Finques Port Calella will archive the electronic document in which the reservation is formalized. The Client may request a copy of this by contacting our Customer Service department by email

The contract and the documents related to the reservation may be made in Spanish, French, German or English. In case of doubt or contradiction, the Spanish version will prevail over the others.


Clients may direct their doubts, complaints or claims to Finques Port Calella by post, email or through the telephone number provided on

the Website. Finques Port Calella is committed to offering a response to the Client in the shortest possible time.


These Booking Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of La Bisbal d'Empordà for the resolution of conflicts arising from this brokerage contract.
