appartement bien situé, piscine superbe, climatisation Suggestions or improvements: un canapé lit plutôt qu'un lit pliant peu confortable serait très bien, d'autant que le canapé existant n'est pas très confortable

Appartement bien situé proche des commerces et de la plage de Port Pelegri. Bonne literie. La climatisation installée en 2026 est vraiment très appréciable en cas de fortes chaleurs.

Situación ideal, a 1 minuto de un Spar y al lado de la playa. Comunidad muy agradable., con muchos niños. La piscina no está abarrotada y tiene una gran extensión de césped y de terraza para tumbarse. Repetiremos seguro. Suggestions or improvements: Como fuimos la última semana de agosto no pasamos calor. En cada habitación hay un ventilador. El baño reformado, olía un poco pero compramos un ambientador y mejoro mucho.

Appartement très bien situé, et agréable. Suggestions or improvements: Prévoir plus de couvertures dans les chambres pour les périodes où il fait froid. Une petite table basse devant le canapé serait une bonne idée.

Buena ubicación y urbanización Suggestions or improvements: Apartamento antiguo sin aire acondicionado. Tercer piso sin ascensor. Aparcamiento difícil en agosto. Olor del baño. En ola de calor los ventiladores son insuficientes. Un solo cubo de basura dificultando el reciclaje.

Hemos tenido ya una agradable estancia en este apartamento dos años seguidos Suggestions or improvements: Se agradeceria una mejora del sistema de separacion de residuos. Unos cubos de reciclado separado en lugar del cubo de basura unico estaría bien. Por otro lado es un poco desolador ver que en el punto de recogida los residuos se depositan de muy mala manera. Creemos que unas indicaciones claras en los apartamentos mejoraría la calidad del depositado.

Excellente agence qui répond très rapidement aux nombreux problèmes de cet appartement. Problème de thermostat douche, soit glacé soit brûlant, machine à laver ne fonctionne pas, volet roulant la toile se détache, problème de frigo, porte du vaisselier cassée, porte du micro onde cassée, 2 robinets qui fuient Suggestions or improvements: Ce serait bien que le propriétaire fasse réparer tout ce qui ne va pas dans cette location pour le bien être des locataires.
