Attention: Reservations are not allowed to groups of young people or people under 30 years oldThis magnificent house with private pool is located in the center of the village of Palafrugell, a few meters from Plaça Nova and 4 km from the beaches of Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc. On the ground floor we find a large private garage with capacity for 4-6 cars plus a pool with a garden area and the chill out area with dining room and living room. A There is also a small kitchen and a shower room. All in all an ideal place to relax. The main floor has four bedrooms: two with a double bed, one with en suite bathroom, a room with two single beds and a fourth room with 3 beds, plus a full bathroom and a toilet. Next we find a large living room with TV with exit to a large terrace with furniture that is above the pool.  On the other hand we have a large kitchen equipped with refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and cooking utensils, plus a table space and chairs to eat. It is a house with large spaces, with a family atmosphere with the desire to enjoy a very quiet environment a short drive from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava.  Smoking is not permitted.YOUNG GROUPS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
