GENERAL CONDITIONS 

1.     Payment have to be made in cash or by travellers cheques or international Euro cheques in €uros. We do not accept credit cards.

2.     The deposit of guarantee of 100 €uros. will be returned in full and in maximum 15 days after your departure through a banker's transfer. Any damage or an extra cleaning, in case the the client doesn't leave the apartment correctly clean,  will be discounted from the deposit of guarantee.

3.     The deposit can be paid by cheque, which will be returned or broken if there are no damages.

4.     To occupy the apartment/house it has to be paid the total price of the rental together with the deposit of guarantee.

5.    The number of occupants of the apartment will not exceed the maximum capacity previously agreed with the agency.

6.     The apartment is available from 17 p.m., of the arrival day but in case that the booking starts on Sunday you should pick up the keys from 11 to 14 p.m , and has to be vacated before 12 am, of the departure day. The key has to be returned in the office.

7.     The apartment is equipped with fridge, washing machine, sheets , that we can change every 2 weeks if it's asked for, covers, and all the basic kitchen utensils ( kettles, frying pans, forks,....), except small electrical appliances , table linen and towels. 

8.     The gas, water and electricity expenses are included in the price of the apartment. Except for the rentals of 8-11 months. However, the tenant has to collect the gas bottles from the agency, if necessary. 

9.     Pets are not allowed, except specific authorisation of the owners is given. 

10.     Our office is just the intermediate between the tenant and the owner.
